Why Start Here?

Level 1 is the essential entry point into BWRT®. Every practitioner begins here, regardless of previous qualifications or therapeutic background. It provides the foundations for all advanced BWRT® work and gives you the core methodology of this powerful, modern form of psychotherapy.

This training equips you with the tools to create rapid, lasting change across a wide range of presenting issues — from simple fears to deeply embedded trauma. Level 1 gives you everything you need to begin integrating BWRT® into your professional practice straight away.

About Your Trainer

The course is led by Suzanne Bond, Advanced Trauma Therapist, BWRT® Trainer. Suzanne is not only an experienced trainer but also an active practitioner working daily with clients, ensuring the training is rooted in real-world application and practical insight.

Training Format

  • Online Training – Participate online. Sessions are live and interactive, with recordings available for review where specified.

  • Certification Requirements – To achieve your BWRT® Level 1 Certification, you must attend the full training and complete the required practical elements.

What You’ll Learn

BWRT® Level 1 is a broad-spectrum therapy that delivers exceptionally fast and reliable results. By the end of the training, you will be able to work confidently with:

  • Simple phobias and fears

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Destructive habits and behavioural patterns

  • Trauma, including severe and complex PTSD
