The Transformation Process

STEP 1
Clarity Call
Begin with a complimentary 15-minute clarity call to determine if our collaboration is a good fit and to ask any preliminary questions.

STEP 2
Consultation Session
A comprehensive assessment session is advised to evaluate your neural pathways, understand your life programming, and define the level of work required. A structured therapy plan will be developed, including the number of sessions needed.

STEPĀ 3
Session Scheduling
Once your therapy plan is confirmed, schedule your sessions. This
guarantees your weekly appointment, continuity, and commitment to your transformation journey. Sessions typically occur every 7-10 days, except for specific issues like phobias, which may require only 1 or 2 sessions.

STEP 4
Preparation for Sessions
Before the first session, watch the MAP Method Metaphor Training video to prepare your subconscious mind (if this method is included in your plan). Also, provide me with a timeline of emotionally significant events if you are comfortable doing so.Ā

STEPĀ 5
Session Environment
Ensure you are in a private and undisturbed space during sessions and take time to relax beforehand.

STEPĀ 6
Post-Session Experience
Expect to feel calm at the end of each session. Emotional and physical changes may occur and should pass within a few days. Inform close ones of your emotional state to receive support.

STEP 7
In-between Session Support
Inclusive 1:1 ZOOM or telephone support calls can be booked as required via the website, along with WhatsApp support.

STEP 8
Access to Resources
After the initial session, you'll gain access to a Clinical Hypnotherapy Library filled with audio resources. Listening consistently to selected audios is recommended for optimal results.

STEP 9
Life Transformation HUB
Once ready, you will receive access to the Transformation HUB, which includes over 150 audio/video resources to support your therapeutic journey. Weekly session clients receive this service inclusive of the therapy package.
Transformation HUB
The HUB was created from my own transformation journey.

When faced with my diagnoses, I was in shock and despair; it became clear that a profound change was needed. I vividly remember promising my husband that I would do whatever it took, to continue to live our life together and fulfill our dreams.
In that defining moment, I resolved to align my Mind and Body in pursuit of healing Yet, within a mere week, I stumbled upon an overwhelming resistance - my own programming! I found myself trapped in the web of my old habits. Undeterred and fueled by the need to change, I created over 100 audios, harnessing the most advanced techniques that had previously helped many of my clients.
I plunged deep into my past, processing emotional traumas, rewiring my brain, resetting my programming, and embracing a vibrant new mindset that gave birth to a new identity I named this collection of tools the āTransformation HUBā.
As I flourished in health, I began sharing this HUB with clients, who welcomed this 24/7 support in their own transformation journeys.
With new material added weekly, the HUB has since transformed into a paid monthly membership.
For my weekly 1:1 clients, it is inclusive in their therapy plans.
Individuals from all over the world who have never worked with me before, began joining the HUB. Although they loved it, without the 1:1 therapy, they needed a structured path. So, I drew on over 4 decades of healthcare experience and created the LIFE RESET Programme, this is now included with the HUB membership, along with free 1:1 ZOOM support sessions.
Today, people from all over the world use the HUB not only to reprogramme their mind and body but also as a daily resource to cope with lifeās ups and downs, building and maintaining emotional resilienceĀ supporting you in the minute you need it.
